You hold the copyright to the content you create. However, for content you choose to publish publicly (Public Journal), you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our platform.

It is prohibited to upload content that:

• Violates the law, norms of decency, or public order.
• Contains hate speech, SARA, pornography, or threats of violence.
• Violates the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove illegal content without prior notice.

This service is provided "as is". Daffathan-Labs is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use this service, data loss, or unauthorized access by third parties, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through the jurisdiction of the courts in Indonesia.
